Role Overview
As our Bid Writer youll play a pivotal role in crafting winning submissions for countrywide tenders whilst collaborating with our technical teams project managers and leadership to translate complex engineering solutions into clear persuasive proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and write high-quality bid responses and capability statements
- Interpret tender documentation and align responses with client requirements
- Coordinate input from subject matter experts and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with bid criteria formatting and deadlines
- Maintain and update bid libraries and templates
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in bid writing ideally within the major project space.
- Exceptional written communication and editing skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure
- Strong understanding of tendering processes and government procurement
- Collaborative mindset and attention to detail
