Were looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who thrives at the intersection of data strategy and partnership.
In this role youll own relationships with a portfolio of leading financial institutions and digital bankshelping them unlock growth through insight execution and collaboration. Youll combine analytical problem-solving with commercial instinct building strategies that deliver measurable impact for your partners and the business.
Youll act as strategist operator and relationship owner: translating complex performance data into clear recommendations driving execution across teams and ensuring that every initiative contributes to long-term partner success. Youll also develop enduring relationships built on transparency and shared growthaligning on mutually beneficial incentives that strengthen trust and performance over time.
Compensation:
This range reflects total cash compensation which may include base salary only or base salary plus target bonus depending on the role. Where eligible equity may also be offered separately and not included below. Actual compensation varies based on location experience and qualifications.
