Job Summary
Management (ESM) Program Director to lead a global team in delivering a multi-phase transformation initiative. This role will oversee the implementation of ESM solutions manage vendor and internal stakeholder relationships and drive the program through its three key stages: Implementation Change Management and Steady
State Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Oversight & Execution
- Lead the end-to-end execution of the ESM transformation program across all phases.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive implementation plan ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Monitor progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Collaborate with IQVIA leads internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless coordination.
- Proactively manage timelines dependencies and roadblocks across workstreams.
- Facilitate regular status updates steering committee meetings and executive reporting.
Team Leadership
- Manage a global team of 810 onshore and 25 offshore professionals.
- Provide direction mentorship and performance oversight to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.
Transformation Lifecycle Management
- Drive the program through its three-stage lifecycle:
- Implementation Solution deployment process alignment and initial rollout.
- Change Management Stakeholder engagement training and adoption strategies.
- Steady State Operational handoff performance monitoring and continuous optimization.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 10 years of experience in IT Program Management with at least 5 years in ESM or ITSM domains.
- Proven experience managing large-scale global transformation programs.
- Strong background in vendor management especially in hybrid delivery models (onshore/offshore).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ESM platforms is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Scrum Master ITIL or similar certifications are a plus.

The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
