Description of the role:
The Express Service Advisor at Starling Chevrolet in Orlando FL will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance in scheduling maintenance and repair services. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive services and excellent communication skills to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in scheduling express service appointments
- Communicate service recommendations and pricing to customers
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding service status
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized service advisory area
- Describe all work performed and related charges billed
- Keep abreast of new products features accessories and attend product training as required
- Maintain a service customer follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or automotive industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Have or able to obtain a Florida drivers license within 30 days of hire
