We are seeking experienced Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our

3rd Shift: Monday- Friday 11:00pm - 7:30am- plus overtime
Overtime required as scheduled on all shifts.

3rd Shift Rate $23.50 ($21.00 plus $2.50 shift differential)

Sign on bonus of $500 after 30 60 90 days ($1500 total!)

Monthly Incentive Bonuses up to $5.50 per direct hour based on outstanding performance

Job Responsibilities

As a DC General Warehouse Associate your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure inbound shipments are received and registered accurately.
  • Perform general warehouse duties to facilitate the flow of goods.
  • Help site management align with Health Safety and Environmental legislation completing required documentation and records.
  • Resolve orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold by liaising with other departments.
  • Pick and pack goods ready for dispatch.
  • Strictly follow Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies procedures and requirements.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and ensure efficient operations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should possess:

  • Proven experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing outstanding work.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with team members.
  • A determined and proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Ability to work the 3rd shift and uphold a regular work timetable.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
