- Prepareand manageemploymentcontractsreferenceletters andotheremployee-relateddocumentation.
- Maintainand updateemployeedatainPersonioensuringaccuracydataintegrity and GDPRcompliance.
- Manage time-offrequestsabsencerecords andvacationbalancesinourHRIS(Personio).
- Conductregularauditsofemployeedataanddocumentationtoensureaccuracyandcompliance.
- Support remoteemployeeswiththeiradministrativeneedsincludingdocumentationandlocalcompliancerequirements.
- Contributetotheimplementationandimprovementofnewtoolssystems andworkflows.
- CreatereportsanddatainsightsfromPersoniotosupport people-relateddecisions.
- EnsurecompliancewithGermanlaborlawand internalpoliciesacrossall PeopleOperationsprocesses.
- CollaboratecloselywiththeHeadofPeopleOperationstoensuresmoothcoordinationandefficientworkflows.
Requirements
- At least1-2 years of experiencein People Operations HR administration or a similarrole.
- Strongattentiontodetailreliability and ahands-onmindset.
- GoodknowledgeofPersonioandconfidenceinmanagingdigital HRprocesses.
- GoodunderstandingofGermanlaborlawand administrativebestpractices.
- Strong organizational and problem-solvingskillswithafocusonaccuracyandefficiency.
- Fluentin German(C1orhigher) andverygoodEnglishskills.
- Youenjoybringingstructuretoprocessesandcontinuouslyimprovinghowthingsaredone.
