The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Enterprise Architect to join our Enterprise Technology and Solutions team. This strategic leadership role is responsible for the development and evolution and embedding of enterprise architecture across Crown Resorts three Australian properties to align to Crown Resorts business strategy.
As Crown continues its transformation journey the Enterprise Architect will play a pivotal role in planning legacy system rationalisation driving innovation and ensuring Crowns investment into our technology platforms are scalable sustainable and aligned with business goals. Youll be part of a lean and high-performing team partner with senior stakeholders and deliver initiatives that support regulatory compliance uplift capability and enable business success.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the development and execution planning of the Group IT strategy and investment roadmap.
- Driving the evolution and modernisation of legacy systems and implementing innovative solutions that meet changing business demands.
- Partnering with key technology and business leaders to align IT initiatives with strategic business direction.
- Promoting the value of IT investment and enabling business success through technology adoption.
- Uplifting data capabilities to support analytics and insights.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations and supporting external audit requirements.
- Fostering a culture of leadership development and continuous improvement
About You
You are a visionary and strategic technology leader with deep experience in enterprise architecture and a passion for driving transformation. You thrive in complex environments and bring a collaborative forward-thinking approach to solving business challenges.
You will also bring:
- Proven experience in leading enterprise architecture across large multi-site organisations.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure software and service design.
- Experience in regulatory compliance and governance frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- A track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in hospitality or integrated resort environments (highly desirable).
