Utilizes knowledge of client industry to analyze risk reports and develop innovative approaches to difficult client needs uphold sales goals and targets and manage a strategic book of business of complex accounts within a specialization.

Demonstrates a near complete understanding of coverage lines markets and other more specialized products and leverages an advanced awareness and understanding of client needs and internal service offerings to deliver the firm to accounts and clients.

Represents the business for large complex high-risk and high-yield accounts within a specialization and thoroughly addresses all RFPs develops sales presentations and formal sales proposals for related accounts and complex client needs.

Manages overall interaction with clients in medium to large client transactions and oversees the sales process for complex high-yield accounts.

Evaluates the book of business leverages internal contacts internal product developments and market developments to identify areas of opportunity and expansion for existing accounts.

Oversees responses to client queries and concerns ensuring and is ultimately accountable for all account relationships and overall business satisfaction.

Works to solidify strong relationships with insurers/reinsurers clients colleagues and Marsh and utilizes specialists in other areas of the firm to deliver highly complex best-in-class solutions to clients and strategize account expansion initiatives.

Actively participates in the revenue/budget process to ensure the financial success of the Company.

Organizes attends speaks and presents at relevant industry conferences prepares and presents feasibility studies and is a prominent contributing member of relevant professional organizations and societies to expand and maintain a large professional network.
