Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and compassionateRegistered Nurse (RN) to join the close-knit team in Deerfields outpatient clinic. This is a Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm position serving residents of our beautiful continuing care retirement community.
As the Independent Living Community Nurse you will:
- Provide emergency response and triage to Independent Living residents.
- Provide continuity of care to Independent Living residents through check-in phone calls and home visits.
- Deliver clinic-based nursing care including nursing assessments wound care medication administration and preparation of resident pill boxes.
The ideal candidate for this role is friendly caring confident in their nursing triage and assessment skills and passionate about work that serves older adults.
Requirements:
- Active unrestricted RN licensure in the State of North Carolina
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting
