Job Summary

Responsibilities: 

  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development. 

  • Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families. 

  • Participate in screenings assessments child groups parent groups center visits and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team. 

  • Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area. 

  • Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers medical providers social service agencies and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss. 

  • Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development monitoring and review of the Individual Family Service Plan. 


Qualifications :

  • A minimum of a bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy from a college or university. 

  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Professional Health. 

  • Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred 

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.  

  • Working knowledge of Word Excel Adobe and Office365 including Outlook OneDrive and Teams. 

  • Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone 

  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation is required.
