The Evergreen Center is seeking a temporary Physical Therapist to cover a maternity leave from September to June. The PT will be responsible for providing direct and consultative Physical Therapy services to adolescents and young adults with a variety of disabilities. They will work with our team of Therapists and direct care staff throughout our program. The PT is responsible for direct services and evaluations IEP goals and progress notes related to the IEP process as well as equipment and orthotic management and staff training as needed.
Qualifications :
- Two years of relevant experience
- Previous experience working with PTA preferred
- Current PT licensure
- Valid Drivers License
