Summary of Position:
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations ensuring efficient inventory management accurate order fulfillment and team supervision. This role supports company goals by maintaining a well-organized warehouse and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise inventory integrity through regular audits and cycle counts.
- Ensure accurate product identification storage and traceability.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to maintain minimum stock levels.
- Oversee the receipt storage and dispatch of raw materials supplies and finished goods.
- Schedule shipments according to established procedures and ensure accurate documentation.
- Lead train and mentor warehouse staff.
- Assign tasks and monitor staff performance.
- Promote a safe and productive work environment.
- Utilize ERP systems for accurate inventory tracking and order management.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to update system records.
- Maintain adherence to quality control procedures and safety regulations.
- Support the Quality team in tracking and managing non-conforming products.

- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead a team effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Education and Experience:
- Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations.
