In this role youll build strong partnerships with producers connecting them to the latest agronomic technologies and strategies that drive profitability and sustainability. Youll be a trusted advisor ensuring our customers not only understand our valuebut truly experience it.

What Youll Do

  • Develop deep relationships with customers gaining insight into their operations goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions that make a real difference.
  • Use maps digital tools and agronomic expertise to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
  • Promote and sell agronomic products and services through on-farm visits phone calls and digital communication.
  • Set and achieve measurable goals in sales margins and customer growth.
  • Maintain accurate account records and communicate progress with the Location Manager and Operations team.
  • Provide exceptional customer serviceresolving issues quickly and turning challenges into opportunities.
  • Align your efforts with the companys go-to-market strategy and contribute to a culture of growth and innovation.

Qualifications :

What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree in Agriculture or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of ag sales experience with a strong track record of success.
  • CCA certification is a plus.
  • A sharp eye for growth opportunities and a proactive approach to capturing them.
  • Strong understanding of product margins and the ability to maximize profitability for both the cooperative and producers.
  • Excellent organization communication and follow-through skills.
  • A passion for agriculture and a commitment to helping customers succeed.

Compensation

$75000 $85000 base salary Commission
Your hard work and results will be rewarded with competitive pay and strong earning potential.
