Job Summary

As a Senior Asset Due Diligence (ADD) Officer within the AIFM team you will support the onboarding process and ongoing AML/CFT monitoring for investments clients and counterparties. You will be responsible for collecting reviewing and analyzing asset-related due diligence documentation and preparing relevant reports in line with regulatory and internal standards. 

What youll do

  • Youll lead and coach the ADD team to ensure timely high-quality delivery of due diligence reports and onboarding assessments across various asset classes including real estate private equity and loans.
  • Youll conduct asset-level due diligence and review KYC/KYA and AML/CFT documentation including name screening via tools like WorldCheck and adverse media checks escalating material risks to senior management as needed.
  • Youll prepare and submit AML/CFT and KYA reports maintain checklists and dashboards to track document collection and support process improvements in data maintenance and documentation procedures.
  • Youll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders assist clients with due diligence queries represent the team in meetings or calls and work closely with the Philippine support office to guide and review their output.
  • Youll contribute to operational efficiency by supporting ad hoc tasks developing new tools and templates and enhancing workflows to streamline onboarding and compliance processes.

Qualifications :

  • You hold a Masters or Bachelors degree in Finance or an equivalent field with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role or within an AIFM in Luxembourg; AML/KYC experience is a strong advantage.
  • You have solid knowledge of Luxembourgs regulatory environment for investment funds and are familiar with alternative investments such as private equity real estate and private debt.
  • Youve worked with third-party delegates and service providers demonstrating strong coordination and communication skills in cross-functional settings.
  • You are fluent in English with any additional language considered a plus and you consistently build strong client relationships through professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Youre a self-motivated team player who contributes to operational excellence and thrives in collaborative environments.
