Education Qualification: Any graduation or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Position Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Test Engineer with a strong background in manual testing functional testing and exposure to automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in software testing with a proven track record in the banking domain and hands-on experience with the Robot Framework.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Design develop and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
Perform functional regression integration and system testing for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate closely with developers business analysts and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Identify document and track defects using standard defect tracking tools.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of automation scripts using the Robot Framework.
Participate in test planning estimation and status reporting activities.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Minimum 6 years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on manual and functional testing.
Proficiency in test case design execution and defect management.
Hands-on experience with Robot Framework for automation testing.
Solid understanding of SDLC STLC and Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in the banking or financial services domain is highly preferred.

Good to Have:
Experience with test management tools like JIRA TestRail or HP ALM.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
