We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director Solutions Consulting (Pre-sales) within our UK & Irelandsolutionsconsulting organisation.You will lead a high-performing team of solution consultants responsible for driving strategic customer engagements shaping solution strategy and delivering compelling value propositions. You will act as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and enterprise clients ensuring alignment between business needs and technical capabilities. The role is a second line manager position leading a team of Expert Solution Consultants across Adobes Digital Experience Cloud solutions

The role requires a proven leader who can blend technical expertise with business acumen ensuring Adobes solutions deliver tangible value for enterprise customers while enabling the success of our sales organization.

About the Role

  • Lead and Grow the Team: Build inspire and manage a high-performing pre-salesexpertsolutions consulting teamresponsible for driving strategic customer engagements shaping solutionstrategy and delivering compelling value proposition.

  • Define and execute the vision and strategy for the Expert Solution Consulting function in alignment with company goals.

  • Accelerate Customer Success: Partner with Sales leadership to engage customers effectively through solution storytelling demonstrations proof of concepts and value-based proposals.

  • Drive Revenue Performance: Ensure the solutions consulting team directly contributes to achieving and exceeding Adobes UKI revenue goals.

  • Be a Strategic Leader: Define and evolve the role of pre-sales solutions consulting within Adobes UKI& MEAgo-to-market motion aligning closely with Sales Marketing Customer Success Professional Services and Product Management.

  • Customer Engagement at the Executive Level: Act as a senior advisor in strategic accounts influencing C-level executives on how Adobes Digital Experience solutions can unlock growth and transformation.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the strategic liaison between the UKI field and Adobes global organizations (Product Marketing Consulting Customer Success and Care) to ensure customer feedback drives innovation and alignment.

  • Operational Excellence: Manage resource allocationestablish and track KPIs to measure team performance customer impact and solution adoptionthrough optimising pre-sales processes tools and methodologies to improve efficiency and scalability

  • Talent Development: Continuously invest in people development raising team capabilities through coaching mentoring and fostering a culture of innovation inclusion and customer-centricity.

  • GlobalConsistency: Partner with regional and global Solutions Consulting leaders to ensure consistent best practices knowledge sharing and alignment across markets.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience (15 years) in solution consulting pre-sales or technical sales leadership roles within enterprise software or SaaS.

  • Enterprise Market Expertise: Extensive experience with enterprise software solutions preferably in customer experience marketing or content platforms within the UK & Ireland market.Deep understanding of enterprise architecture digital transformation and solution design

  • Familiarity with development practices architectural design and soft presales skills in digital marketing technologies

  • Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success in building leading and inspiring pre-sales teams that deliver measurable business impact.

  • Customer-Facing Excellence: Strong presence and credibility with senior stakeholders; proven ability to influence C-level decision-makers.

  • Revenue Focused: Track record of partnering with Sales to drive significant enterprise revenue growth.

  • Operational Strength: Skilled in resource management planning and scaling high-performing organizations.

  • Collaborative Influencer: Adept at building strong relationships across Sales Product Marketing and Services functions.

  • Strong Communicator: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; fluent in English with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

  • Growth Mindset: Flexible and adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced scaling environment.
