Essential requirements:

2 years in a management role in a similar venue
Experience working in a gaming venue
Extensive Food & Beverage knowledge
Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems on a daily weekly and monthly basis
Presence on the floor during peak service periods including late nights and weekends
Ability to stocktake and investigate the stock loss
Train performance manage and motivate staff
Work with and communicate effectively within a team
Experience with H&L Ivy & Seven rooms desirable
