Job Summary

Project the aim youll have
We are looking for a skilled (Senior) Backend Engineer to join one of our cross-functional product teams. The role requires a high level of technical expertise excellent communication skills and a proactive collaborative mindset. This position is embedded in ongoing client projects and will be closely integrated into our ways of working.

Position how youll contribute

Take ownership of the development and maintenance of backend services / .NET Core and C# ensuring high performance scalability and reliability.
Work closely with internal client teams to design build and refine RESTful APIs and service components.
Contribute to architectural decisions share best practices and help establish clean maintainable and testable codebases.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high engineering standards. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and support the integration of backend services with thirdparty systems.
Document systems clearly and contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders on both client and service sides both in German and English.

Qualifications :

Expectations the experience you need

Backend Expertise: Proven experience / .NET Core and C# for building and maintaining backend services.
Data Handling: Strong command of SQL and Entity Framework including performance tuning and data modeling.
API Development: Solid experience designing building and consuming REST APIs.
Scripting & Automation: Confident in writing PowerShell scripts for automation and configuration tasks.
CI/CD Experience: Familiarity with build and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Architecture: Understanding of clean architecture principles and the ability to contribute to scalable modular systems.
Communication: Comfortable communicating technical topics clearly in both German and English.

Experience with microservice architectures
Experience with RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus
Experience with Elasticsearch
Frontend knowledge in AngularJS and Angular 14
Experience with Azure Cloud and Docker
