Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual business plan and long-term strategic planning processes coordinating with group and business units
- Translate strategic goals into measurable financial targets and KPIs
- Identify performance improvement opportunities and lead cross-functional projects focused on profitability efficiency and growth
- Collaborate with analysts and business units to generate actionable insights and track the impact of improvement initiatives
Qualifications :
Youre not just good with numbersyou know how to make them speak. With a sharp analytical mind and a knack for turning insight into action youre the kind of person who sees the story behind the spreadsheet and knows how to move a business forward.
- A masters degree in Finance Economics or Business Administrationand the experience to back it up
- Several years with hands-on experience from FP&A controlling or management consulting
- Proven ability to lead improvement initiatives deliver measurable results and turn analysis into action
- Strong communicator with influencing skills across all levels backed by fluency in Power BI Excel and a proactive mindset
