Within the project your main tasks will include:
- Support the setup of new HIL test benches based on the Vector platform & Dspace Scalexio /ControlDesk / ConfigurationDesk
- Maintain test environment optimizing it in terms of modularity
- Understand the System & Software architecture
- Work in an agile environment (SCRUM)
- Debug HIL test benches
- Have a good understanding of Testing in automotive approaches of testing in preferably HiL environment.
- Conduct a root cause analysis at bench level (from HW perspective : analysis of network topology & different interfaces SW perspective : analysis of signal flows / diagnostic messages)
- Have a proper understanding of multiple EE Electrical & Electronic architectures for vehicles ECU Based.
- Participate in ECU debugging and frame checks using isolation mechanisms at HW & SW level Gateways / IG configurations /
Qualifications :
With a Masters degree (BAC5) from an engineering school or university specializing in embedded systems you have experience in the automotive field.
- Hold a degree in embedded systems electrical engineering computer science or similar
- Have a testing experience of more than 3 years.
- Have experience in vehicle verification and validation and in HIL/SIL test bench environment
- Have knowledge of HIL (Vector/dSpace) management and setup and experience with vehicle network protocols (CAN and Ethernet)
- Manipulate & check signals easily (CAN/LIN/) : previous usage of Vector tools such as Canlyzer/CaNoe or equivalent.
- Have a background about functional validation & diagnostic : usage of tools such as (IPG CarMaker / Carla) understanding of UDS protocol.
- Understand schematics and circuit diagrams
- Have a very good knowledge of English German knowledge is a plus
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
