Panoramica della Posizione

In qualità di Tecnico/a Facility specializzato/a in ambienti life science fungerai da risorsa tecnica chiave allinterno del nostro team di Facility Management. Questo ruolo combina competenza tecnica pratica e responsabilità di coordinamento per garantire operazioni ottimali per i nostri clienti del settore life science. Gestirai le attività di manutenzione coordinerai fornitori esterni e supporterai le funzioni critiche della struttura mantenendo la conformità agli standard specifici del settore.

Responsabilità Principali

Operazioni Tecniche

  • Eseguire manutenzione preventiva e correttiva su sistemi delledificio attrezzature e infrastrutture (esclusi sistemi HVAC)

  • Svolgere lavori di riparazione e manutenzione generale utilizzando competenze manuali ed expertise tecnica

  • Supportare progetti di ristrutturazione refurbishment e iniziative di infrastruttura minori

  • Operare carrelli elevatori per movimentazione materiali e operazioni di ricevimento merci durante assenze clienti

Coordinamento e Gestione Fornitori

  • Coordinare fornitori di servizi esterni e contractors per attività di manutenzione e riparazione

  • Processare e gestire ticket ordini di lavoro attraverso supporto tecnico di primo livello

  • Monitorare le attività di manutenzione e mantenere documentazione accurata del lavoro completato

  • Garantire conformità agli standard di sicurezza qualità e ambientali secondo i protocolli JLL

Supporto Clienti e Sviluppo Business

  • Fornire supporto alla gestione eventi quando richiesto

  • Assistere nella gestione spazi e pianificazione occupancy utilizzando strumenti CAFM

  • Partecipare a iniziative di miglioramento continuo per i processi di manutenzione

  • Supportare limplementazione di nuove linee di servizio e opportunità business

  • Contribuire ai processi di change management attraverso comunicazione efficace con stakeholder

Qualifiche Richieste

Requisiti Tecnici

  • Formazione/istruzione tecnica completata in disciplina pertinente

  • Esperienza estesa in Facility Management industriale preferibilmente in ambienti manifatturieri o life science

  • Certificazione operatore carrello elevatore valida ed esperienza logistica dimostrata

  • Conoscenza approfondita delle tecniche generali di manutenzione e riparazione edifici

Esperienza e Competenze

  • Track record comprovato negli aspetti pratici e organizzativi della manutenzione facility

  • Esperienza progettuale in manutenzione e iniziative infrastrutturali preferita

  • Approccio lavorativo indipendente e affidabile con capacità di gestire responsabilità varie

  • Forti capacità di problem-solving e apprendimento rapido

  • Mentalità proattiva e pratica con forti competenze organizzative

  • Eccellenti capacità interpersonali e comunicative

Position Overview

As a Facilities Technician specializing in life science environments you will serve as a key technical resource within our Facility Management team. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with coordination responsibilities to ensure optimal facility operations for our life science clients. You will manage maintenance activities coordinate external vendors and support critical facility functions while maintaining compliance with industry-specific standards.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Operations

  • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems equipment and infrastructure (excluding HVAC systems)

  • Perform general repair and maintenance work using manual skills and technical expertise

  • Support renovation projects refurbishments and minor infrastructure initiatives

  • Operate forklifts for material handling and goods receipt operations during client absences

Coordination & Vendor Management

  • Coordinate external service providers and trade contractors for maintenance and repair activities

  • Process and manage work order tickets through first-level technical support

  • Monitor maintenance activities and maintain accurate documentation of completed work

  • Ensure compliance with safety quality and environmental standards per JLL protocols

Client Support & Business Development

  • Provide event management support as required

  • Assist with space management and occupancy planning using CAFM tools

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes

  • Support implementation of new service lines and business opportunities

  • Contribute to change management processes through effective stakeholder communication

Required Qualifications

Technical Requirements

  • Completed technical education/training in relevant discipline

  • Extensive experience in industrial Facility Management preferably in manufacturing or life science environments

  • Valid forklift operator certification and demonstrated logistics experience

  • Comprehensive knowledge of general building maintenance and repair techniques

Experience & Skills

  • Proven track record in both practical and organizational aspects of facility maintenance

  • Project experience in maintenance and infrastructure initiatives preferred

  • Independent reliable work approach with ability to handle varied responsibilities

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and quick learning capacity

Personal Attributes

  • Proactive hands-on mentality with strong organizational skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

  • Interest in professional development and mentoring others

  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for implementing new business areas

Technical Competencies

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

  • SAP experience highly desirable

  • Familiarity with CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management) systems preferred
