- Adherence to Regulations - comply with health and safety regulations as well as any specific food service or catering guidelines established on location
- Cleanliness - maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a similar role is often a plus
- You are a team player who can communicate well with a positive can do attitude
- Ability to remain calm and collected in a busy environment
- Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Physical stamina with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Knowledge of manual handling and COSHH
