Job Summary
Responsibilities
Lead delivery of medium-to-large mixed-use residential projects through RIBA Stages 4-6
Chair design-team meetings workshops and site reviews
Coordinate internal architects and external consultants maintaining programme and budget
Produce and audit Revit models drawings and specifications to BIM Level 2 standards
Advise clients on Building Regulations compliance fire safety and sustainability targets
Skills & Experience
ARB and RIBA chartered with 2 years post-Part III
Proven track record on residential projects above 25 million construction value
Revit expert competent in AutoCAD SketchUp and 3ds Max
Strong written and verbal communication able to lead client conversations
In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations NHBC and relevant British Standards
