(Senior) Team Lead intelligent Automation (mfd)

Are you passionate about transforming organizations through intelligent automation Take full responsibility for leading and developing SIXTs RPA team and enable the entire organization to drive their own intelligent workflow automations with the N8N this dual-focused role you will own the RPA delivery lifecycle with a dedicated implementation team while designing and executing strategies that empower every employee to build agentic automations using N8N driving efficiency innovation and self-service capabilities at scale.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You lead develop and empower a dedicated RPA team (developers & analysts) fostering a culture of collaboration technical excellence and end-to-end ownership in automation delivery
• You drive the full RPA lifecycle (primarily with UiPath) from process analysis and opportunity assessment to solution design implementation and operational enablement of automation within business and IT units
• You define establish and continuously improve RPA standards methodologies and best practices with your team aligning with IT security data protection and quality requirements
• You act as a strategic advisor and automation architect for business stakeholders ensuring value-based prioritization and delivery of high-value scalable automation solutions tailored to business needs
• You take ownership of enabling organization-wide self-service automation using N8N: Develop and roll out a comprehensive enablement plan - including communication training internal community building and support resources - empowering employees at all levels to independently automate processes efficiently and securely

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Technical Leadership Experience You have several years of hands-on technical and leadership experience in RPA or automation teams with proven success in delivering robust automation projects. Experience with UiPath and/or n8n is highly beneficial.
• System & Solution Design You have deep expertise in designing building and overseeing scalable secure RPA solutions and integrating bots into enterprise systems.
• Collaboration: You have a strong ability to work across disciplines - engaging with engineers analysts IT specialists business units and senior management driving cross-team results.
• Organizational Enablement You have demonstrated capability in designing and launching enablement or upskilling programs fostering technology adoption and building automation communities across organizations; experience integrating gamification elements to drive engagement is a fun plus.
• Communication Your are an excellent communicator able to train and inspire both technical teams and non-technical employees alike translating complex automation concepts into actionable value for all stakeholders.
