Job Summary

1. Development of Hydraulic System Testing Plans 液压系统测试计划制定

Develop testing plans for hydraulic systems based on design requirements and system specifications. Define testing objectives methods and evaluation criteria to ensure the hydraulic system meets expected performance. 根据设计要求和系统规格制定液压系统的测试计划确定测试目标测试方法和评估标准以确保液压系统的性能符合预期

2. Design of Hydraulic Testing Equipment and Tools 液压测试设备设计

Responsible for the design of hydraulic testing equipment ensuring the accuracy and reliability of testing devices. 负责液压测试设备设计确保测试设备的准确性和可靠性

3. Functional and Performance Testing of Hydraulic Systems 液压系统的功能和性能测试

Conduct functional and performance testing of hydraulic systems including measuring parameters such as pressure flow rate temperature and response time. Validate the system design through testing to ensure it meets technical requirements. 进行液压系统的功能测试和性能评估包括压力流量温度和响应时间等参数的测量通过测试验证系统的设计是否满足技术要求

7. Introduction of New Technologies and Testing Methods 新技术与测试方法的引入

8. Safety and Compliance Management 安全与合规管理

9. Maintenance of Testing Standards and Documentation测试标准和文档维护

10. Team Collaboration and Technical Support 团队协作与技术支持

Qualifications :

degree or above in mechanical hydraulics mechatronics electrical engineering or automation.

机械液压机电一体化电气工程或自动化学士学位及以上

3 years of working experience in hydraulic test area.

3. Good knowledge of 3D CAD software and programming software C# etc.

knowledge of manufacturing technology.
