Job Summary

Support project teams by conducting service ability reviews
Define and create spare parts lists
Develop service documentation (including exploded views repair instructions lubrication instructions service information etc.)
Coordinate with external agencies for the creation of service documentation
Manage changes for our Asia plants related to service (including material management spare parts lists documentation management etc.)
核心任务为博世电动工具创建维护清晰标准的维修指导文档
在产品研发阶段通过SAR协助产品团队指定新产品的售后策略
分析新开发的电动工具确定制定备件清单
为新产品编写售后相关技术文件包括零件爆炸图维修技术指导润滑剂指引售后信息等等
与外部设计伙伴协调共同完成高质量技术文档的制作
管理与亚洲工厂相关的技术文档变更确保备件清单和维修指南的准确性和及时更新

Qualifications :

Team player
Fluent in English; German is appreciated
Strong technical background in mechanical engineering electrical engineering or ideally in construction (graphics)
Experience in project team setup required (with internal and external interfaces)
Bachelors degree from a University of Applied Sciences or at least 5 years of experience in an engineering-related environment
Specializations in graphics design media computer science system technology or data management in product development are welcome
