As a Lecturer (Clinical Psychology) youll play a vital role in supporting the next generation of clinical and professional psychologists through excellence in teaching supervision and practice. Heres how youll make it matter:
- Deliver innovative evidence-based teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate psychology programs.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to postgraduate clinical and professional psychology students.
- Coordinate courses and contribute to the design and delivery of authentic student-centred learning experiences.
- Contribute to the development and management of student placement opportunities including internal and external placements.
- Engage in scholarly activities that enhance teaching practice and promote best-practice training in clinical psychology.
This is a continuing part-time position (60% 3 days p/w) primarily based at either the Gold Coast or Brisbane South (Nathan) campuses. As Griffith is a multi-campus University you will be required to work across other campus locations.
Salary Range
The full time equivalent base salary will be Academic Level B range $113226 - $134460 per annum 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $132474 - $157318 per annum.

You will also have:
- A PhD (or equivalent doctoral qualification) in clinical psychology or a related field.
- Current registration as a psychologist (AHPRA) with area-of-practice endorsement in Clinical Psychology.
- Endorsement as a Board-Approved Supervisor (Psychology Board of Australia).
- Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality evidence-based teaching and clinical supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive student and stakeholder relationships.
