Senior Project Manager Construction Division
AOI Construction Division is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Project Executive to join our team! As a senior leader on the Construction team youll oversee projects from vision to completion ensuring every detail reflects AOIs commitment to quality integrity and innovation.

What Youll Do
- Lead with expertise: interpret architectural plans and specifications develop construction documents and guide teams through each phase of the project.
- Plan for success: Prepare conceptual estimates scopes of work proposals and correspondence that set clear expectations and keep projects on track.
- Deliver with precision: Develop and manage critical path schedules provide direction and project oversight for AOI personnel and subcontractors to meet milestones and achieve outstanding results.
- Build lasting relationships: Collaborate with clients developers architects designers subcontractors and trade partners; acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.
- Fully own the project: Deliver confidence and trust by having a proactive approach ease concerns overcome and eliminate issues keep communication open with stakeholders.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in construction management engineering construction technology or related field.
- 7 years of experience in the construction industry with project management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A proven record of delivering successful commercial construction projects.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to build credibility and trust.
- A commitment to excellence personal integrity and a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Timberline Procore and/or related construction management software systems.

Travel
- Occasional travel to job sites and project locations may be required including overnight stays based on project needs.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
This position requires both office and field work. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit use hands to operate a computer and other office equipment and communicate effectively. The position occasionally requires walking standing bending or reaching during job site visits. The employee must be able to safely navigate active construction sites which may involve uneven terrain ladders and exposure to outdoor weather conditions. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
This position operates primarily in a professional office environment with frequent use of standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers and filing systems. Periodic visits to construction sites are required where the employee may be exposed to typical construction hazards including noise dust and varying weather conditions. The role requires adherence to all company and site-specific safety policies and the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during site visits.
