What Youll Do:

Oversee Daily Operations: Manage all aspects of property maintenance including repairs installations and routine inspections with afocus on high quality and timely completion.
Lead with Excellence:Lead train and motivate your team to maintain company standards respond promptly to requests and support an outstanding living experience.
Hands-On:Diagnose and fix a wide range of areas including HVAC electrical plumbing pool maintenance carpentry drywall and appliances.
Welcoming Spaces:Inspect new units that are coming online. Inspect all vacancies to determine make-ready needs and ensure quality turns for our new residents by creating a welcoming and comfortable living space.
Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program to ensure equipment building systems and amenities operate optimally and meet safety standards.
Safety First: Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our residents and your team members.

Skills and Qualifications:

Knowledge:3 years of experience in maintenance or property management with prior leadership experience in a multi-family environment preferred.
Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills in plumbing electrical HVAC and general maintenance; ability to lead and develop a team.
Hands-On:You own and know how to use basic hand and power tools can lift heavy objects and climb ladders with ease.
Certified:HVAC/EPA Certification .
Trustworthy:Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
Work Ethic: Highly organized proactive and solution-oriented with a commitment to resident satisfaction and team excellence.
