Role description:
Arcadisis looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Madrid ES.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in Design and/or Project Management technical background and good personal soft skills with innovative and digital orientation. Will be part of our Project Management team reporting to Sr. Project Manager.
The role will be responsible of operationally deliver/manage (sub)projects in line with budgetary compliance regulatory and planning controls within required standards of quality delivery and safety.
Role accountabilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Deliver monodisciplinary projects or subprojects in multidisciplinary projects (follow up and manage financial targets highlight deviations and quality assurance)
- Lead the definition (scope) and implementation of projects (plans technical information and specifics of the project planning)
- Contribute to cross discipline collaboration
- Oversee junior project staff involved and guide on decision making during the delivery of the project
- Internal and external coordination maintaining and expanding network and client relationship
- Advise on (sub)project related issues and have a fluent relationship with the project client and the different parts of the project (ex. Suppliers contractors etc)
- Represent the culture and brand of Arcadis (ambassadorship) especially applying the Arcadis Way Standard for project management
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2 years of Project Management and/or Design experience (experience in hospitality projects will be highly appreciated)
Preferred Requirements:
- B.S. in Architecture/Building Engineering/Engineering
- English: Fluent (clients meetings and reporting will be done in English) be aware that the recruitment process might be conducted in English as well as interviews)
