Job Summary
At FirstLight Home Care of West Suburban Boston we provide dependable home care services for Needham Newton Wellesleyand surrounding communities throughout West Suburban Boston. Our home care services are provided to seniors or anyone needing help with daily tasks at home.
We are searching for a compassionate experienced caregiver for a lovely senior to join our team that can offer quality companion and skilled personal care services giving them the peace-of-mind that theyll get the help they need. We are proud to be one of thehighest ratedhome care agencies in the Boston Area.
Long Day Shifts
$20.00 per hour
Needham MA and surrounding towns
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
Cooking meals providing conversation & company personal care transfers hoyer
Qualifications:
*Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
*Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
*Valid drivers license and reliable transportation every single day
*Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
*Prior experience in a healthcare hospitality or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year preferred)
*Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
*Supportive and compassionate
*High School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a Caregiver
