As an LPN you will facilitates communicates and collaborates with the RN to identify and meet the physical and emotional needs of the patient. Assists with the nursing process to promote/restore optimal health and well-being of the patient. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values. Demonstrates accountability for the quality of own nursing practice. Performs a wide variety of patient care activities and accommodative services as assigned.
Job Requirements
In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day qualified candidates will need the following:
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma/G.E.D (required)
License/Certifcation Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (required)
- BLS (American Heart Association) (required)
- State IV certification (required)
Minimum Experience Requirements:
- Two years of recent LPN experience (preferred)
Physical Requirements -Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally and/or up to 20lbs frequently and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
Schedule: PRN (nights)
