Duties of Legal Intern or Extern:
The position would be under attorney supervision and would involve legal research drafting compliance materials legal memoranda and news articles participating in meetings and other projects as they arise. A work schedule of up to 16 hours per week and hybrid work arrangements will be considered.
Preferred Start Dates: January 2026.
Qualifications:
The position is open to students who have taken or will be enrolled in a federal securities regulation course or have experience in financial services. Candidates should have strong analytical writing and oral communication skills and must have a demonstrated interest in securities regulation. Candidate must be a current U.S. Citizen.
