Skills:

Able to perform the duties of supervised staff

Completes regular quality inspections of assigned client

Ensures all associates are properly trained at each assigned account with a focus on long term retention.

Builds a culture of work safety and leads by example with ones own safe behavior

Treats co-workers with respect and approaches conflict with positive intent and professionalism

Asks questions to understand why we do what we do and how we do it - champions change when improvements can be made

Must have a coaching mindset and be a champion of your team

Collaborative style with strong influencing skills

Previous experienceof cleaning procedures and practices

Good time management

Proficient written and verbal English communication

Strong employee and client focus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Experienced with stocking and replenishingSupplies

Requires following safety policies and procedures at all times (such as locking doors using proper chemicals and reporting incidents).

2 to 3 years performing Floor Care related work e.g. waxing stripping and buffing floors

Must have excellent attendance.

Must be able to start training immediately.

*18 years of age or older

*Apre-employmentcriminal background check is required

* Previous Lead/Supervisor experience in Janitorial Role a must

Details:

Shift: 2nd shift - 4pm to 12:30am

Days: Sunday to Thursday

Total weekly hours: 35

Pay: $17.00
