Job Summary
Job Title: Physical Therapist
Location: North Andover MA
Type: Contract
Pay Rate: From $59/hr
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in North Andover MA.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and assess patients physical conditions and develop individualized therapy plans
Implement therapeutic exercises manual therapy and other evidence-based interventions
Educate patients families and caregivers on home exercise programs and preventive care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatments
Collaborate with nurses physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
Qualifications:
Active Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Strong communication clinical and interpersonal skills
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing rehabilitation or long-term care setting required
