What Youll Do:
- Support and supervise Behavior Technicians providing coaching and guidance.
- Working with an age population primarily between the ages of 5 to 25.
- Help develop and implement personalized behavior intervention plans.
- Work closely with parents to ensure effective communication and training.
- Maintain compliance and collaborate with funding sources.
- Play a key role in fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
What You Bring to the Team:
- MA/MS in ABA Psychology or related field with 2 years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services (units towards BCBA coursework preferred)
- Valid drivers licenses reliable transportation and ability to travel through designated geographic areas
- Successfully pass a criminal background check TB tests Pre-employment Physical/Fit for Duty exam and have or receive immunities to MMR/ Varicella during onboarding
Compensation & Benefits:
- $22.00 $28.00 per hour (DOE)
