What Youll Do:
Greet and assist customers in selecting the perfect BMW-MINI or Volvo vehicle to fit their lifestyle.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through follow-up and personalized service.
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of BMW and MINI vehicles features and technology.
Manage the full sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
Stay up to date with manufacturer training and dealership standards.
What Were Looking For:
Minimum2 years of automotive sales experience required.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated goal-driven and customer-service oriented.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
