HR Business Analyst

We are looking for a proactive and analytical HR Business Analyst to join our team and drive strategic HR initiatives through data-driven insights and process this role you will play a key part in enhancing operational efficiency elevating the employee experience and ensuring compliance by transforming data into actionable intelligence and maintaining high-quality documentation. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze HR data to identify trends and support decision-making.

• Create maintain and update HR work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and clarity in HR processes.

• Collaborate with process owners to document workflows and ensure SOPs reflect current practices.

• Document process mapping and facilitate structured knowledge transfer sessions

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for HR leadership and business partners.

• Collaborate with HR teams to improve processes and systems including Workday and other HR platforms.

• Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in HR Business Data Analytics or related field.

• 3 years of experience in HR analytics HR operations or business analysis.

• Familiarity with global HR processes and compliance requirements.

• Experience with Workday reporting and case management

• Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.

• Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.

• Experience in writing and maintaining SOPs and process documentation.
