You support the execution of asset-level transactions including project sales capital rotations and capital raises
You develop and maintain detailed financial models for development-stage solar PV and solar BESS assets providing the foundation for investment decisions
You prepare marketing and transaction materials such as teasers confidential information memoranda (CIMs) and sell-side financial models
You assist with buyer outreach track investor engagement and support negotiations with counterparties to achieve optimal outcomes
You coordinate due diligence processes across technical legal and financial workstreams in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
You monitor market and industry developments across key geographies and provide actionable insights to internal teams
You work closely with finance legal and development teams to ensure that projects and portfolios are transaction-ready
You support pipeline valuations and portfolio-level reporting for senior management contributing to strategic decision-making
What you bring to the table
You have 25 years of relevant transaction experience in M&A corporate finance or investment analysis - ideally within the renewable energy infrastructure or solar PV sector
Your background includes experience in an investment bank advisory firm or top-tier consultancy (typically 23 years) or in a developer IPP or infrastructure investor with direct deal exposure
You bring strong analytical skills and are confident in financial modeling valuation and quantitative analysis
You work confidently with Excel and PowerPoint and have a keen eye for accuracy and detail
You areorganized self-driven and proactive take ownership of your work and maintain a structured approach even in a dynamic international environment
You enjoy working independently and collaboratively with a genuine can-do attitude and the drive to make things happen
You communicate clearly precisely and professionally - fluency in English is essential; German is a plus
Occasional travel may be required
