Job Title: Payroll & Timekeeping Associate
Location: Everett WA
Contract Length: 4 Months (with possible extension)
Role Overview:
This position supports full-cycle payroll activities ensuring accurate wage payments and compliance with federal and state labor requirements. Strong attention to detail and ability to investigate and resolve payroll questions are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Collect review and input timekeeping and payroll data.
- Maintain employee payroll files according to retention policies.
- Provide support and resolutions for payroll-related questions.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and support end-of-cycle reporting.
- Coordinate payments for voluntary and involuntary deductions.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3 years payroll processing experience.
- Proven experience working with payroll software systems.
- Advanced Excel and data accuracy skills.
Preferred:
- Prior work in union or government payroll operations.
