Executive Assistant, AMXL Supply Chain, Science & Engineering

The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced exciting and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two directors on our Supply Chain Science and Engineering team in Bellevue Washington.

This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with high level senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars planning and organizing events of all sizes and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

About the team
The Supply Chain Science and Engineering team drives end-to-end AMXL planning and supply chain execution across North America combining operational excellence with advanced analytics and technical innovation. From initial inventory management to final customer delivery our cross-functional team leverages data science engineering solutions and operational expertise to design build and operate a world-class supply chain. The team also owns global building design data engineering and science functions for the world-wide AMXL organization.

We design and implement world-class processes predictive models and automated systems that deliver exceptional XL customer experiences. Our team takes full ownership of supply chain optimization focusing on speed efficiency and safety through technical innovation and data-driven decision making. We embrace experimentation and rapid development maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and customer-first thinking. While proud of our achievements we constantly push boundaries to redefine whats possible in large-format logistics through the intersection of operations science and technology.

- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- 5 years of senior level leadership support or 3 years of Amazon experience
- Experience handling administrative details independently while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed
- Experience with executive level calendar management

- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Experience with work space planning/management
- Experience working with large global teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
