Leasing Consultant - Retreat at Concord

As a Leasing Consultant youre the first impression of our community-building strong relationships with residents and prospects and driving leasing success.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to leads via phone email and online platforms
Tour and promote the property
Track lead sources and trends
Prepare units for showings and move-ins
Screen applicants (background income rental history)
Explain lease terms deposits and move-in procedures
Provide resident support and resolve issues
Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements:
2 years of leasing experience
Strong communication organization and tech skills
OneSite experience is a plus
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
Motivated proactive and a strong team player
- Must be able to provide proof of valid vehicle insurance.
- Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
