Lead Technical Program Manager
Position Responsibilities:
To provide a leadership drive and execute digital transformation in customer and distribution domain.
Lead software development teams to carry out prove of concept and testing analyze data to make decisions on features that influence the direction of the product.
Manages cross squads across complex technical regulatory or other cross-cutting needs
Manage and coach team members to build a high performing team
Ensures progress against important milestones where consistent and coordinated implementation is required
Maintains a perspective on impact of change on patterns required for implementation
Has positive impact to specific organizational entities & understands nature of impact
Top contributor and often enables others to contribute as well
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Engineering or a related field.
Understanding of insurance product and business process.
Can lead large to medium sized team including on-shore and off-shore team members
At least 10 years experience in designing and implementing enterprise tech solutions
Extensive knowledge of modern software development practices cloud-based technologies (Ali Cloud is an advantage) microservices DevOps. AI knowledge.
Independently drive projects understands the overall picture in most situations and lead team to delivery outcomes in quality.
Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills; able to effectively articulate technical vision possibilities and outcomes
Good interpersonal skill problem-solving abilities and stakeholder management capabilities that enable you to manage through creative abrasion
