We are hiring a Senior Associate in Statutory Financial Reporting to support the delivery of accurate compliant financial statements across a diverse portfolio of UK and international entities. What your days will look like:

• Manage and report on a portfolio of Group entities ensuring accurate accounting timely statutory financial statements and insightful quarterly performance reports for directors.

• Drive quality and compliance by conducting detailed financial reviews supporting transitions to new accounting standards and identifying and mitigating financial reporting risks through strong internal controls.

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders including auditors to support consolidation non-financial reporting and regulatory submissions such as Country-by-country and Pillar Two tax reporting.

• Lead transformation and innovation by contributing to process improvement initiatives supporting ERP system changes exploring alternative delivery models and preparing ad-hoc financial analyses to inform decision-making.

This role is for you if:

• A degree in Accounting Finance or a related field; and a relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACA ACCA CIMA)

• Recent experience in statutory financial reporting or a similar financial discipline.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Proficient in accounting software ERP systems and Microsoft Excel with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Highly organised detail-oriented and adaptable with a commitment to continuous professional development.
