Placement Student

About the Role:

We are looking to recruit Placement Students to join our teams in Rugby Ashby de la Zouch Atherstone and Towcester. While you will be based in one office our work covers the entire Midlands region.

As part of our Rural team you will gain hands-on experience across a wide variety of professional work guided by experienced colleagues. Our clients range from individual property owners and buyers to national developers and investors providing excellent exposure to a diverse mix of projects.

Typical work may include:

Property Agency marketing reports take-ons advertising negotiations sales chasing.

Valuations assisting valuers with Red Book valuations inspections and evidence gathering.

RPA Schemes dealing with SFI mid-tier capital grant and other scheme applications.

Management assisting with the management of land under FBTs GK agreements and Contract Farming arrangements.

Planning supporting with the preparation and submission of planning applications.

Compensation Claims managing claims for crop loss or damage.

Plans & Mapping producing plans using The Land App.

Comparables maintaining and updating the company comparable database.

Dispersal Sales assisting with farm dispersal auctions collective and fodder sales.

About You:

Were looking for students who:

Have strong interpersonal and networking skills.

Are self-motivated flexible and eager to take on new challenges.

Can manage time effectively and take responsibility for their workload.

Possess sound analytical skills and good judgement.

Hold a full clean UK driving licence with access to their own transport.

Are willing to embrace the local area and get involved in community activities.
