The team you will be part of
GN is recognized worldwide for its innovative audio video and gaming solutions under the Hearing Jabra and SteelSeries brands. Our international Regional Planning & Fulfillment team comprises 19 colleagues managing diverse functions that support B2B sales. Based at the GN HQ in Ballerup Denmark youll join colleagues in a similar role ready to welcome and guide you.
You will play an essential role in providing high-quality support to our global customers and sales colleagues guaranteeing the accurate processing of customer orders within our systems to facilitate timely product shipments.
As our new Account & Operations Representative you will be assigned your own portfolio of customers which you will take full responsibility for whilst contributing to ongoing initiatives aimed at enhancing and optimizing our operational processes for increased efficiency and overall quality. Your involvement will not only ensure seamless order management but will also contribute significantly to the continuous improvement of our overall workflow.
Your contribution is appreciated and as an Accountant & Operations Representative under the Jabra and SteelSeries division brands you willprimarily:
- Manage orders from order entry to delivery oversee product prices availability and shipping details
- Provide high-quality customer service addressing and resolving issues e.g. customer complaints
- Generate daily and weekly reports for our Customers and Sales teams
- Coordinate logistics set-up in collaboration with 3PL
- Develop and implement customer special requirements (SOP) in collaboration with 3PL
- Record stock return orders from customers
To perform well in the role we imagine that you thrive in a an environment where spotting small but crucial details managing your responsibilities effectively and being achievement-focused is key.
- You may hold a degree in business shipping or similar
- You bring experience within order management and customer service with a supply chain or sales operations function
- You are proficient in MS Office; familiar with ERP systems D365 is used
- You are fluent in written and spoken English and you might have proficiency in French Spanish or German
