Lynoras Restaurant Group is looking for aMarketing Coordinatorto join our growing marketing team. This position is perfect for someone whos organized reliable and eager to gain hands-on experience in restaurant and lifestyle marketing. Youll play a key role in keeping projects promotions and product initiatives running smoothly across all Lynoras brands.
Position Overview
TheMarketing Coordinatorsupports the Director of Marketing and broader marketing team by managing logistics timelines and follow-through for campaigns photoshoots product launches and community partnerships.
This is a hands-on detail-focused role that ensures every marketing initiative from social media to in-store promotions is executed on time and aligned with the brand.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Project Support
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables for marketing campaigns and in-store promotions.
- Track deadlines collect approvals and ensure each location receives the materials they need.
- Assist in preparing reports campaign recaps and project summaries.
Creative & Content Organization
- Maintain organized Dropbox folders and digital asset libraries.
- Upload label and manage photos and videos from shoots.
- Support the marketing team in ensuring brand consistency across all creative materials.
Retail Product & Brand Support
- Assist with retail product marketing (sauces pastas and merchandise).
- Update product descriptions or imagery online (training provided).
- Coordinate packaging updates and product photography needs.
- Monitor online reviews and alert the team to feedback requiring response.
Community & Partnerships
- Manage donation requests sponsorships and community event coordination.
- Track partnership deliverables and post-event documentation.
- Support charitable initiatives such as St. Marys Childrens Hospital meal donations and local givebacks.
Administrative & Reporting
- Maintain project trackers checklists and campaign calendars.
- Support social and reputation analytics reporting.
- Assist with scheduling vendor coordination and overall marketing organization.
Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in marketing hospitality or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient withCanvaGoogle Workspace andDropbox.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Interest in social media branding and restaurant marketing.
- Reliable transportation to travel to locations as needed.
