Key Account Manager (m/f/x) Nephrology

Location: field-based ideally out of Warsaw / Warszawa

We are expanding our presence in Poland and looking for a passionate results-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our this role you will be the strategic partner for healthcare professionals driving access to innovative therapies and improving patient outcomes in nephrology.

The Role:

• Manage and grow CSL Vifors nephrology portfolio in your region

• Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers

• Achieve ambitious sales targets and expand market share

• Execute product launches and strategic plans in collaboration with the Commercial Lead

• Monitor account performance and provide accurate reporting via CRM tools

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards

• Act as a trusted advisor leveraging insights to optimize patient care pathways

Your Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in science or business

• 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience ideally in rare disease or specialty care

• Strong knowledge of the Polish healthcare market and regulations

• Proven success in product launches and account management

• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English

• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to innovate for better patient outcomes
