When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Talent Development team you will create and manage impactful learning experiences that strengthen the firms culture. As a Senior Associate you will facilitate engaging sessions partner with stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in learning solutions. This role offers the chance to shape the development of talent and contribute to a productive team.

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree in Psychology Education Human Resources Business or related field
- 4 years of experience in Learning & Development Talent Management or related HR disciplines
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
