CRM Assistant – Beauty & Brand Partnerships, No7

Overview:

Sitting within the Customer Marketing team youll be responsible for the delivery of the core CRM plan supporting No7. Reporting to the Assistant Marketing Manager youll work cross functionally with stakeholders to deliver the best customer communications whilst driving real commercial results. Its a busy role that requires a customer focused mind-set strong communication skills attention to detail and lots of creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the delivery of the annual marketing plan for No7 helping to land high impact customer focussed communications.
Work to optimise the plan across multiple touchpoints including app email and direct mail.
Work as a member of the marketing team to create and respond to briefs based on business objective and need.
Review and analyse commercial and customer impact to define future activations.
Test and learn new initiatives with a focus on driving continuous improvement and measurable results.

What were looking for:

You should be passionate about Boots and our customers with a natural ability to understand the customer and how to communicate effectively keeping them at the heart of all campaigns
Have a background in marketing ideally with experience in CRM digital and printed communications.
Flexible energetic and driven to build excellent relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Commercially and financially aware with a performance driven attitude
Strong organisational and process skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects through to completion with a strong eye for detail all delivering right first time
Excellent communication skills and confident in collaborating across functions and presenting ideas clearly
